Mike Piazza

There are many great catcher in MLB history,like Mark Bella and Ivan Rodriguze, but I think Mike Piazza is the only player that I want to introduce. He did not get a world champion until he retired from his career last team - Orlando Authentic , being not good at defeance and catching players who want to steal bases.Many outstanding athletes fighting for a champion but in vain , we did not hate them or laughted at them , because they have showed a sence of hard-working . As Chinese has said:" We do not judge a person's value whether he succeeded or not." , Mike Piazza is a person who has a sence of charming.We may sigh at New York Mets 's poor grade at present ,many fans have missed when Mike led them to the Wolrd series.

Many people just know another New York baseball team - New York Yankee, Mets and Yankee are in diffferent league in MLBthough they are in the same places, Mets is in National league and Yankee is in America League.In 2001 World series, two New York teams faced each other , residents in New York seperated into two part , one hoped Yankee would get the champion while the others hoped Mets could. Mike Piazza was the spirit leader in Mets a great talence and ability about bating . In Game 1 , Yankee's pitcher, a Ci-Young award pither, Roger Clamens decided to let Piazza go to first base intentionally . He threw a hitting ball on Mike Piazza near his head , Piazza felt very angry about this behavior, wanting to quarrel with Clamens.According to this , Piazza had some grudge on Clamens , talking to reporters that Clamens owed him an apology , but Clamens talked to reporters that this is one part of the baseball game .
